Information we collect

- Google sign-in: if you choose “Sign in with Google”, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier through the OpenID Connect scopes
openid,profile, andemail. We use this information only to authenticate you and link your Google identity to your OIM account. We do not sell or share this Google sign-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. - Payments: when you pay via PayFast, payment processing is handled by PayFast. We receive confirmation of payment status and references needed for orders and invoices; we do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar logs generated when you use the site or portal.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and server-side sessions to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember security preferences. These are required for the site and client portal to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on these properties.
How we use your information

Session and security logs are retained for a limited period unless a longer period is required for investigation or compliance.
Your rights (POPIA)
