Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ONE Internet Media website (oneinternetmedia.com) and the OIM client portal, including domain registration, renewal, and related services offered through the portal. By using these services you agree to these terms.

Services

OIM provides product development, consulting, and client-portal tools including domain and billing management. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for custom work are agreed separately in writing. Domain registrations and renewals are subject to applicable registry policies and availability at the time of order.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and billing information and notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

Domains

Domain names are registered through third-party registries. You must comply with registry rules and applicable law. OIM acts on your instructions for DNS, contacts, and renewals where you have authority over the domain. Failure to renew may result in loss of the domain; redemption and recovery fees may apply.

Payments

Fees for domains and portal services are shown at checkout or on your invoice. Online payments are processed by PayFast. You agree to pay all charges due. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a registry or fulfilment action has been submitted.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or poses risk to the platform or third parties.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and portal are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. OIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the portal is limited to the fees you paid to OIM for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under South African law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
